2010 Camaro SS JBA Headers, Wires, Exhaust, and Eibach Sway Bars Install: Part IV Completed

Finally after the headers, wires, and sway bars, it is time to install the beautiful JBA 3″ exhaust system! Removing the stock system is pretty difficult. The stock exhaust system is 1 piece from the mid pipe back. The exhaust has two difficult hangers above the giant mufflers each, which are very difficult to remove. Some bracing is also removed to work on the exhaust as well. Installing the exhaust system is pretty straight forward. After some slight tweaking to get the tips lined up, it is ready for tightening. After everything thing is nice and tight and lined up, we like to put a small tach weld at all the slip joints. This prevents the exhaust system from moving and possibly rattling. Now it is time to go out and enjoy! Check back soon for more installations and events!
