2008 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 – Radiator, Heat Exchanger, and Reservoir Install

Welcome back to another install by RPMM. Here we got a Shelby GT500 and it is here for an upgraded radiator, heat exchanger w/ fan, and a coolant reservoir. The heat exchanger and radiator are supplied by Shelby and the coolant reservoir is made by Moroso. In order to install the heat exchanger and radiator the front bumper has to be removed. Once removed the radiator and heat exchanger comes out. The intercooler pump and bracket is swapped from the old heat exchanger to the new one. After that the new heat exchanger can be installed. Then the radiator is installed. After that it’s time to wire up the fans for the heat exchanger. Two separate relays are used and tapped into the intercooler pump
