2006 Pontiac GTO – Procharger supercharger and Pedders Coil Over Install – Completed

Welcome to our blog. These last few days we’ve had the pleasure of working on a very cool 2006 Goat. This bad boy is getting a procharger supercharger w/8-10psi of boost and to get it to handle better, we are also installing Pedders adjustable coilovers. With any big project, disassembly is one of the first steps. We started off by removing the bumper, intake, belt, and radiator fan assembly so we can start with the install. The next step was to install the new injectors. The fuel rail is removed so the new injectors can go in. With that done it was time to install the new colder spark plugs and gap them correctly. With that done it was time to mount the head unit. The new bracket and tensioner gets installed so the head unit can be installed and clocked. With that done it was time to install the new fans and radiator shroud. With that done the intercooler was mounted and all the intake pipes hooked up. With that done, it was time to install the new belt and reinstall the bumper. With the supercharger done, it was time to install the coilovers. The factory struts, springs, and shocks get removed for the new stuff. With all the new coil overs in it was time to adjust them and get the vehicle squared.  Now with everything done it’s time for the dyno tuning. Be sure to check back soon for before and after results!
